What is your return policy?

All requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving items. All approved returns are only for store credit with a $10 deduction for shipping and handling costs. Please see our Shipping Policy page for more details.


How do I determine my size when ordering online?

Our clothing items generally run true to size. However, we recommend referring to the size guide on each product page to help you determine the best fit for you.


Do you offer international shipping?

No, while we hope to one day offer RH products globally, we do not currently offer international shipping. We currently ship within the US and to Canada.


Are the colors of the clothing items accurately represented on the website?

While we do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products on the website, please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.


Can I track my order once it's been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.


Are there any discounts or promotions available?

We currently offer a discount code for subscribing to the RH newsletter. If you would like to hear about other promotions, please sign up to receive exclusive news. 


How do I care for the clothing items I purchase?

Care instructions for each item can be found on the product page or on the garment tag.


What is the estimated delivery time for orders?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days.


I made a mistake. Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at RH@recreationalhabits.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
